@ManuKumar @comcast @comcastcares I ask because...and this is embarrassing to admit...but I once had a similar issue and it turned out that my enterprise class 8-port dumb switch was apparently malfunctioning...I thought the chances of that thing failing were nil... I’ve also seen cable modems go weird

Just had a @Comcast tech visit. He verified that there is no problem with the line, the signal, the equipment or anything else locally. Alas he said there is nothing he can do as it’s a problem in the Comcast network.

Funny how I have awful internet speeds and then live chat @Xfinity where it magically triples in speed. Seems to be some throttling going on here.

This morning the service was working okay before 9:00 am, but around 9:08 am the service is out again. Don’t have the patience to call Comcast support and deal with their level 1 phone reps, who just follow a script and don’t really know what is happening.

@Disaster3o5 @ATT 8pm = high traffic on the network. Your nearest signal tower can not distribute all the speeds properly amongst the population. Time to switch to comcast.

@comcastcares does a good job responding on Twitter but lacks consistency and continuity as each message seems to come from a different person. They seem earnest, but doesn’t really do much to resolve the problem.

Dude, I've never experienced a company that doesn't want to hear from their customers as badly as @comcast. The menus are impossible to navigate, take forever to get through, only to be connected to someone that can't understand you and redirects you to four other people. Awful.

So comcast error takes down multiple clients, fixing that exposes a cable problem for a p2p link. 6 hrs later it's back up. Now I get to fix my own computer.. which had the m. 2 die. What a day
