@comcast @Xfinity is a f’ing joke! I’m sooo livid. I just spent 1hr 43min (exactly), to complete a transfer of service (which took 2 separate calls). On top of that, I’m FORCED to rent 1 of their modems & can’t use my own, and I’m forced yo pay $27 more a month! (There’s more..)

@zanylikethat Not questioning your deeply held beliefs. Far from it. But I’m quite happy with Comcast *Business* class service. Costs more but: no data cap, feels more reliable, instant competent onshore service when needed.

In summary: called to transfer my @Comcast service. 1hr43 min later: paying $30/more, forced to rent their modem for $13/mth, can’t get my service back till Monday, 1st rep lied and said she completed the transfer but hadn’t. #switchToATT @Xfinity is a joke.

Dude, I've never experienced a company that doesn't want to hear from their customers as badly as @comcast. The menus are impossible to navigate, take forever to get through, only to be connected to someone that can't understand you and redirects you to four other people. Awful.

So comcast error takes down multiple clients, fixing that exposes a cable problem for a p2p link. 6 hrs later it's back up. Now I get to fix my own computer.. which had the m. 2 die. What a day
