@Chase @jpmorgan @ChaseSupport After my negative experience yesterday I spoke with Armando at the Truxel Rd Chase in Sacramento and him and the manager Michael went above & beyond to resolve my issue. I am beyond impressed with their customer service! They saved me as a customer.

it really sucks that banks don't print replacement cards anymore at branch locations. It's been a week since I ordered a replacement with @Chase and I'm *still* waiting on snail mail. Imagine not being able to access your account for a week. THE SAME WEEK YOU MOVED TO A NEW CITY

Well next in the saga of @Chase Bank is terrible: Calling the wire department and getting the "Your wait is greater than 55 minutes" message only to be disconnected after 30 minutes of terrible waiting music. I wish Banks had to pay you for your time after a certain point.
